Tenants Fees
This is a list of our Tenants Fees applicable for when you rent a Sunshine Lettings
Rent
Holding Deposit - This is equivalent at 1 weeks rent. This is calculated as monthly rent x12/52
Security Deposit - This is equivalent of 5 weeks rent for properties up to £50,000 pa. This is calculated as monthly rent x12/52x5
Security Deposit - This is equivalent of 6 weeks rent for properties over £50,000 pa. This is calculated as monthly rent x12/52x6
Utility Bills and Council Tax Bills are payable by the Tenants unless specified in the Tenancy Agreement.
Change to Tenancy at Tenants request up to £50.
Early Termination by Tenant to cover the cost of re-letting and any outstanding rent due but not exceeding this amount.
The charge of replacing lost keys will be £35, which includes the cost of replacing the key and the costs associated with replacing it
Late Rent Payments - 3% above the base rate after the 14th day.
